Some tables are equipped with *Far-Infrared table warmers and can be adjusted to your level of comfort (please ask your therapist if available).

*Far-Infrared heat provides many healing benefits including pain relief, stress reduction, improved immune function, and detoxification. This applies to many conditions including arthritis, fibromyalgia, injuries, menstrual cramps, joint stiffness and many more.

Gratuity is not included in cost of massage but is always appreciated.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

$50/30min $95/1hr    $135/1.5hr

Swedish massage helps promote deep relaxation using a variety of soothing rhythmic techniques and a light-moderate pressure. It is one of the most common types of massage and is often recommended if it is your first massage. This massage modality helps promote circulation, decrease stress and anxiety, and increase flexibility.

Pregnancy massage can be accommodated at the same rates. Comfortable pregnancy bolstering is provided to help relieve pressure from the stomach, hips, and back and allow the expecting mama to lay face down! Benefits of pregnancy massage include: reduced swelling/edema, decreased stress, hormonal regulation, and increased comfort.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

$50/30min $95/1hr     $135/1.5hr

For a more therapeutic approach choose deep tissue for targeting problem areas using a deeper, more direct pressure. Other techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching may be incorporated to enhance the effects of the massage. This type of massage helps with pain management, decrease stress and anxiety, and rehabilitate injured muscles. We strongly recommend booking a 90min session if you’d like to have the entire body addressed as deep tissue massage is generally a slower more focused treatment.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

SINGLES: $120/1hr     $160/1.5hr

COUPLES: $240/1hr $320/1.5hr

For a truly relaxing spa experience choose hot stone massage. Smooth basalt stones are heated and used to encourage deeper relaxation and ease muscle tension. The therapist will use the stones as tools to glide across the client's skin as well as place them directly onto the skin. This allows the heat to sink into the muscle, melting tension away. Swedish massage techniques are generally used with hot stones however, deep tissue techniques may be used upon request.

COUPLES MASSAGE

$190/1hr     $270/1.5hr

The perfect birthday or anniversary gift! Relax together in our couples room while receiving your own personalized massage. Choose between swedish, deep tissue, or hot stone massage (varying rates apply). Each client will discuss any issues or areas of focus for their massage beforehand.
